BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at located in the 600 block of Morrison Springs Road, being on the northeast line of Morrison Springs Road at Mountain View Road. Lots 5, 6, 7A, 7B, and 8, Pleasant Hills Addition, being a revision of Lots 5-8, Block D, Pleasant Hills Addition, Plat Book 46, Page 33, R.O.H.C., Etal, as shown by plat of record in plat book 46, page 65, R.O.H.C., being the property described in deed book 3785, page 377, R.O.H.C., and part of the properties described in deed book 3460, page 784, R.O.H.C., and deed book 3474, page 727, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 108L-A-1.1 (part), 108L-A-3, 108L-A-5 (part), 108L-A-7 (part), and 108L-C-1.1. from R-1 Residential Zone and R-3 Residential Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone and R-4 Special Zone, as indicated in the conditions below. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Lot 7-B and lot 8 are rezoned to R-4 Special Zone. 2. Lots 5, 6, and 7-A are rezoned to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone, subject to the following conditions: (a) The uses of lots 5 and 6 shall be restricted to "eat-in" restaurants (no drive-through); banks, offices, hospitals, clinics and social agencies; florists; gift shops; schools; churches; day care centers by special exceptions permit. (b) The uses of lot 7-A shall be restricted to convenience groceries; "eat-in" restaurants (no drive-through); banks, offices; hospitals, clinics and social agencies; florists; gift shops; schools; churches, day care centers by special exceptions permit. 3. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
